The games of the XXII Winter Olympias are over.

The 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi featured hundreds of athletes from over 85 countries competing in dozens of events over 17 days of competition in the most expensive Winter Olympics ever.

The best thing about them though, besides the fact that they will no longer interrupt some of your favorite shows, is that they have provided us not only with confirmation of the superlative standing of our athletic regime, but they gave us a whole bunch of silly stuff to enjoy!

Before the games even started, they had some technical issues. Remember the Olympic torch and how it’s not supposed to go out? Well…

Then there was the British show of support for their Olympic athletes with this hardcore tease of Russia’s anti-gay laws that was entitled ‘Gay Mountain.’

Two Canadian bobsledders drummed up some support by making a video parodying their post-Olympic job search. They didn’t medal, but the video is still funny.
