ScHoolboy Q is gearing up for his highly anticipated debut album “Oxymoron” set to drop Feb. 25, so it only makes sense he release the album cover to fans.
The “baller, futuristic, groovy gangster with an attitude” keeps it simple with the black-and-white album cover donning a ski mask and his trademark bucket hat on one cover, while his 7 year old daughter rocks a similar bucket hat, sans the ski mask and gold rope chain on an alternate cover.
While Q is the second up to bat from the Top Dawg camp , he’s been hard at work rolling out singles from the project including the bounce heavy “Collard Greens” and recently his “Man of The Year.”
We here at GIANTLife.com dug the album cover and decided to stroll down hip hop’s memory lane to showcase other great hip-hop album covers. Some were quite simple, others a bit more detailed, but still all 23 covers were all iconic.
Peep the awesomeness
