Every years bosses around the country cry and dread the start of the NCAA tournament.

Not because their favorite teams are playing or becuase they want to watch the other 68 teams play or watch a bad team ruing brackets. Bosses hate this time of the year because this when co-workers are more concerned with their brackets than actually working.

Today there is a pretty good chance some people are just at their desk watching games.

As the Big Dance kicks off, and the nation is under siege, we will see underdogs make it to the Sweet 16 where heroes will be made and legends will be born.  What makes the NCAA tournament an exciting event is the possibilities  and uncertainty of big schools making it to the Final Four.
