But if you recently ate at a well known sandwich chain you definitely ate a chemical called azodiacarbonamide in their bread that is also used in the production of foam plastic yoga mats. This story broke only a few days ago as a blogger named Food Babe made a post about it that went viral.

Do you think that’s gross? That’s just the beginning. There are a host of chemicals being used in food production that would be harmful in large doses, but are approved for use by the FDA in small ones. And the FDA is never wrong, right?
