Yea you read the headline right, Anthony Zettel off-season training is a bit different

Making it’s rounds throughout the sports world today, Penn State DT Anthony Zettel had a video  posted of him tackling a tree and completely uprooting it from the ground. The video was posted by fellow teammate Jordan Dudas via Instagram with the captions, “How @anthonyzettel trains in the off season” which shows proof that his off-season training is bizarre than most.
