Get a glance at the Sofi Wolf 2014 Spring/Summer collection

Designers Sophie Blahd and Liz Wolf, a mother/daughter pair; showed their first collection just minutes away from NYC’s historic garment district. The collection was inspired by the beat of the city itself, and a breath taking view of architecture and passerby’s seen at the New York City High line.

The inspiration can be seen on many of the garments as sketched by Liz Wolf, who with a background in commercial sketching has used her inspirations to create new and exciting prints for the collection. Playing with the idea of the girl-on-the-go attitude, the collection features circle skirts made of durable fabrics like neoprene and softened with layers of organza and jersey mesh.

Printed crop tops made of silk georgette and mixed with plaid for a mixed media effect. The Sofi Wolf girl is definitely one who makes her own rules; she is inspired by the beauty of her surroundings and uses them to inspire her as she moves forward. We always love a family affair; we look forward to seeing more from this pair.
