Before ‘B4.DA.$$’, Joey will be bringing us a full-length project.
2012 saw Joey Bada$$ make his formal entrance to the game with his critically acclaimed, BET Award nominated debut mixtape 1999, and his rapping collective Pro Era put out one of the year’s better projects, PEEP: The Aprocalypse. After touring the world, appearing on A$AP Rocky’s debut, linking up wit DJ Premier and reportedly turning down a Roc Nation record deal, the 18 year old phenomenon from Brooklyn has announced a new album, titled Summer Knights, to be released on June 12th.
but fuck it, eye’ll just make this announcement. My “Summer Knights Ep” drops June 12th. good day

What was initially thought to be a Pro Era EP has apparently evolved into a full-length project from Joey Bada$$. Though it hasn’t been confirmed whether it will officially be a solo project, or in conjunction with his PE conglomerate, we’re looking forward to it regardless. Joey hasn’t disappointed yet, and in a couple weeks that trend will undoubtedly continue.
