At a Republican Party forum in Florida over the weekend, Republican Presidential candidates blamed President Barack Obama and Secretary Of State Hillary Clinton for the circumstances and events that led up to the Paris attacks that have been claimed by the terrorist group ISIS(ISIL). It was even said by a Pa. Republican that the Clinton-Led State Dept. helped to create ISIS.
“ISIS is a creation of a political decisions by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to abandon Iraq against all of our general’s recommendations against all the policy recommendations. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, on her watch, decided to put politics above the security of our country…and from that was born ISIS,”
said former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum.
Most of the Republican presidential campaigns have mentioned the Paris attacks on Twitter, were imperative about the need to support France and execute a swift response. Most of the front-runners have not yet directly linked the terrorism to the Obama administration or its policies.
Earlier this week, Obama said that he was “too busy” to address the critics of his political strategy on terrorism.
“I can’t afford to play some of the political games that others may. We’ll do what’s required to keep the American people safe. It’s entirely appropriate for us in a democracy to have a debate about these issues. If they think that somehow their advisers are better than the chairman of my Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the folks who are actually on the ground, I want to meet them.”
