According to TMZ, NYC hood favorite Bobby Shmurda could be released from jail as early as tomorrow as his legal team and his family work together to get the troubled rapper out of jail where he has sat since December of last year.
Shmurda has managed to have his new legal team, which was hired in October, and his aunt come up with a plan in which Shmurda’s full $2 million bail requirements will be met with property equity. He was ordered to pay the full bail instead of the 10 percent that is usually required to pay to bailbondsmen.
Shmurda and his lawyers have been working closely with NYC bondsman Ira Judelson in presenting this package to the judge that could spring the Brooklyn rapper tomorrow. The package is allegedly 200 pages, so it has to work.
Shmurda already has a new trial date set for February 22.
