This past March, Italian sportswear brand, Fila re-released their Fila 96 sneaker to rave reviews and the shoe automatically became a must have for sneakerheads across the world. The demand was so strong that the designers over at Fila decided to create a special edition of 96′s for the holidays.

The Varsity 96 stays true to its original silhouette using white, navy and a hint of red for its colors, but as an added feature the shoe includes new varsity jacket accents. The sneakers navy blue patent leather stripe has also been replaced with a navy FILAbuck to provide a refreshing look.

Lookout for the Fila Varsity 96 to be released on December 12th. The shoe will come in limited quantities and will hit FILA.com at midnight on December 12, 2013.
