Beyonce released her self-titled fifth solo album and in essence broke the Internet.

In an era where the more you reveal via social media leads to more popularity, Beyonce did the exact opposite and kept the production for her album, which included videos for all 14 songs, a total secret.

In a three minute video released to the singer’s Facebook page, King Bey explains the feeling she remembered when she first watched Michael Jackson’s famous “Thriller” video and used that feeling to help give her fans an experience.

Mrs. Carter also goes onto explain that she wanted her fans to see the ideas she had for each song that she had in her head, which is why she released a video for each song.
