According to Gucci Mane‘s @gucci_1017 Instagram page, the ATL trap star will not released from federal prison in March. At least in 2016.
Last week, Gucci Mane’s Twitter and Instagram accounts were deactivated, but soon after, an Instagram post from Gucci’s 1017 Records posted that “Guwop get out in March 2016″, however, according to the Federal Bureau Of Prisons website, Gucci’s upcoming release date from the federal facility in Terre Haute, Indiana is set as March 6, 2017.
Sources close to the Zone 4 representative say that he will be getting out before that, though. Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, has been incarcerated since 2013. In May 2014, Davis plead guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon with a plea agreement that would land him on free ground this year, but according to the feds, Gucc’ won’t breathe free air until next year. He was sentenced to 39 months in federal prison for the charges.
