Jazz Cartier‘s theatrical, trap-infused record titled “Opera” is an embodiment of the rapper’s forthcoming mixtape dropping early this year.

2015 was a big year for the 22-year-old rapper, from dropping  his debut mixtape Marauding in Paradise to performing sold-out shows which includes his Los Angeles performance, in partnership with Red Bull Sound Select.

Cartier has successfully carved his own lane by highlighting his own take on contemporary and modern Hip Hop. Growing up, he lived in various places around the world including Barbados, Kuwait, Africa, Idaho, Connecticut and several other U.S. States due to his stepfather’s occupation. His frequent traveling lifestyle is consistently reflected in his music.
