A promoter in Dubai is suing No Limit Records founder Master P for a $255,000 deposit that the Hip Hop mogul was allegedly supposed to return when Snoop Dogg failed to appear during the show.

Last November, Master P received a quarter million dollar deposit for a show in the United Arab Emirates city on New Year’s Eve. It was also in the agreement that if Cali legend Snoop Dogg was unavailable to perform, the deposit money would be returned and according to NYE reports, Snoop was on stage at the Venetian in Vegas.

The promoter is now suing for the deposit money plus damages, saying that Mr. Miller lied about Snoop’s availability.
