The NBA All-Star weekend in Toronto was probably one of the most legendary weekends ever. With so much happening, from private Jordan Party festivities to the Sneaker Summit held at Bata Shoe Museum, to the big finale with a historical dunk contest, it was all worth witnessing.
With the success of this weekend Jordan Brand experienced, the world class sports company decided to open a permanent location in the 6. Their store at 306 Yonge was one of the biggest attractions in Toronto over NBA All-Star Weekend and now Nike has announced a summer re-opening in collaboration with Footlocker, that will give customers a similar experience to the one they got during All-Star.
All of the attractions the store featured over the weekend won’t be included. However, this store still looks like it’ll be a lot more than your typical sneaker shop. With Drake being Toronto’s and Jordan Brand’s biggest star, it wont be a surprise if OVO x Air Jordan collabs exclusively start dropping at this location. We will keep you posted.
