No matter how hard Hollywood tries (or doesn’t) they will produce crappy movies. For every well thought out, brilliant film there are a hundred flicks that feel like a failure’s failure.

These are the worst. *Spoilers are everywhere. Just a heads up.*

World War Z

The original book was told more like a series of journal entry-style accounts. From that the screenwriter derived the story for “World War Z,” a movie that annoys you at every turn. Why? Because Brad Pitt’s character is, easily, the luckiest movie antagonist this side of an 80’s Arnold Schwarzenegger flick.

He survived several zombie attacks that killed Navy SEALS, lived through a plane crash that happened to be right next to the research base he needed to get to and found a way for humanity to camouflage themselves from the zombie attacks.

Unfortunately, he was too busy to cure cancer as well. But there could always be a sequel!

Iron Man 3

Maybe it made a billion dollars, but who cares? “Iron Man 3” was awful.

The Mandarin, Iron Man’s comic book nemesis, is reduced to just being an actor? The hero of the story has PTSD? Pepper Pots gets super powers and saves Tony Stark? Rhodey’s suit, which is supposedly linked to his DNA, gets stolen and worn by the president? Ugh.

And as if that wasn’t enough Tony’s cool ass cliff-hanging Malibu house gets destroyed, only to find out he had the “House Party Protocol” all along? Bah. Save your money for the “Avengers 2” Blu-Ray.
