Pop singer Ke$ha officially announces that she is seeking professional help for eating disorder. She will be in treatment for 30 days and she blames famed producer Dr. Luke for calling her fat.
The news broke this morning as she became number one on the Billboard charts with the single, “Timber” featuring rapper Pitbull. The singer is known to be an vegetarian.
She is entering the same rehab as fellow singer Demi Lovato at Timberline Knolls Treatment Center in Chicago.
Here is what the pop singer told TMZ:
“I’m a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I’ve found it hard to practice. I’ll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder … to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am.”
