Drake’s mysterious protege/OVO signee will give us a full body of music on the 1st of the month.

After the merry-go-round that involved The Weeknd’s departure from Drake’s OVO imprint to sign with Republic Records, and Drake officially making October’s Very Own a record label under the Warner Music umbrella, PARTYNEXTDOOR emerged from the smoke with his infectious “Make A Mil” single, as Drake tagged it as the “OVO Sound” on Twitter. It all but confirmed that Drake had found his inaugural OVO/Warner artist, despite no official press release being released and literally not one single, high resolution picture of the artist being available on the internet. A few weeks later, PARTYNEXTDOOR was back with the sensual Wus Good/Curious single, again promoted heavily by Drake, and now we have an announcement of a full album/mixtape from the enigmatic OVO artist. PARTYNEXTDOOR will release PARTYNEXTDOOR on July 1st, for your listening pleasure.
