New details regarding convicted serial child molester and former Penn State football coach, Jerry Sandusky has emerged from court documents and sources taking part in the legal proceedings. The new information implicates at least six coaches who witnessed Sandusky sexual crimes on young boys, dating all the way back to 70s.
Per NBC News:
Sources told NBC News that one former Penn State assistant coach witnessed an incident in the late 1970s. Three other coaches — who have gone on to work in the NFL and at Division I colleges — allegedly saw inappropriate conduct between Sandusky and boys in the early and mid-1990s.

Bolstering the sources’ account, Sandusky’s adopted son, Matt, who says he also was molested, told NBC News that investigators informed him a football program employee witnessed his father performing a sex act on him in a locker room in the early 1990s.
Other documents released this week also allege that the late Joe Paterno, whom Sandusky served as an assistant coach to throughout his his 30 year career, was told first-hand of Sandusky’s illicit behavior from a child who was alleged molested in 1976 — 25 years prior to when he claimed to have become aware. Paterno was fired from Penn State back in 2011 amid allegations of Sandusky’s misconduct, and died months later in 2012 from lung cancer. .
Sandusky is currently serving a 30 to 60 year prison sentence for being convicted of molesting 10 boys.
