Kanye West has been pretty forthcoming about the artists he supports and would like to work with in recent months, especially since he branched out earlier this year, and solicited the efforts of guys like Chance The Rapper, Desiigner, Chris Brown and more for the completion of his recent The Life of Pablo album. He’s publicly sung the praises of A$AP Rocky, Tyler The Creator and A$AP Ferg surrounding their recent releases, and now it looks like Yeezy is looking to collaborate with ScHoolboy Q for the first time.
.@ScHoolBoyQ GET TOP DAWG ON THE PHONE !

Though it seems like an unlikely combination on the surface, a Kanye West and ScHoolboy Q collaboration could fit right in where both artists are in their careers. Both rappers have worked with some of the same producers, i.e. Mike Will Made It, Pharrell Williams, DJ Dahi and Tyler The Creator, and we’ve seen Kanye step into street rapper mode effortlessly in the past on tracks with 2 Chainz and Pusha T. We’ll see what comes of getting Top Dawg on the phone, but hopefully SBQ x Yeezy is in the works for Q’s upcoming album, which has apparently already been submitted.
