This has to be one of the best weeks in Hip-Hop!

Earlier today, J. Cole and Nas shocked the world with “Let Nas Down” remix and not too long after, Detroit’s own Big Sean took to Instagram, Twitter and Youtube to announce the release of his forthcoming sophomore album, Hall of fame, due out on August 27.

In the captions on a series of photos, the rapper reflects on Detroit, his last solo project. One of the photos is the artwork to that mixtape with the caption reading “This was the last solo project I released and to me it was a classic. If u don’t have this then you slept hard on GOOD Music n are prolly a f*ckin hater w/ hating a** parents. #HallOfFame”
