Alicia Keys‘ “comeback” has been heralded by fans and critics far and wide, and rightfully so. Her dancehall-flavored “In Common” single finds Keys exploring a fairly new lane, but one she appears to be very comfortable in, and that notion is heightened by the song’s music video, which was released today.

In the video, Keys joins several sets of lovers on the dance floor in a black and white video directed by Pierre Debusschere. In images and performances during the promo run for the single, Keys can be seen wearing traditional African garb, and that remains true throughout this visual, as several lovers and dancers surround the singer, helping to bring the song’s energy to life.

Though it’s unclear wha the title of Alicia’s new album will be, or when it’ll be released, “In Common” is a good enough reason for any fan of music to anticipate it.
