Drake‘s Views has been out for three weeks, and surprisingly there haven’t been remixes flying left and right. Yesterday, on OVO Sound Radio however, the voice of Drake’s mentor himself, Lil Wayne, could be heard creeping onto Boi-1da‘s “Hype” instrumental, and there we had it. The first official Views remix.

Weezy and Drake have teamed up relentlessly over the years, dating back to Drake’s breakthrough mixtape, So Far Gone, continuing on to Young Money compilations, Lil Wayne mixtapes, albums by other Young Money artists and of course the first two LPs of Drake’s career. Despite the calamity that has been the interior politics of Cash Money Records since the end of 2014, Drake and Wayne have maintained their relationship, reiterated once again by this new remix–dominated by Lil Wayne–which you can listen to below.
