Beyoncé has been in formation for quite some time now.

Bey’s latest release, LEMONADE has just been certified platinum by RIAA. Today RIAA took to Twitter to reveal that LEMONADE had in fact made it to platinum status making it Beyoncé’s 6th studio album to reach this glorified status. RIAA also revealed that all of Bey’s albums have reached platinum status or higher.

The album sold 653,000 album units its first week. A whopping 485,000 was strictly album sales. LEMONADE is still very much in rotation after its release just two months ago. This news comes shorty after Bey took home Fashion Icon of the Year at this year’s CDFA Awards. Check out RIAA’s tweet below and a huge congrats to Bey on the album as well as her award.
