The apparent “war on drugs” has a new vice. Spice, or K2 a popular synthetic cannibinoid has several side effects; nausea, hallucinations, irritation, and now a cause of overdoses.
In recent news, K2 has suspectedly caused over 30 overdoses in the city of Brooklyn, NY. With an increased amount of anxiety, and flatulence users can experience heart attacks as well as seizures. The locals refer to the participants of this indulgence as “zombies”. The increase use of spice has a negative effect on the community. This man made drug inert abusers to act uncivilized and as an overtly intoxicated individual. You can notice whose on and who is not a user of this drug. Since 2015 there has been over six thousand intakes at local hospitals. The State of New York has increased the laws to enhance regulation of the widespread usage of K2. The campaign against this synthetic is on the rise among the government as well as the citizens.
