In the week that’s transpired since the police killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile rocked the nation, artists have used their platforms to release music about and discuss the racial divides in America that allow an environment for such atrocities to occur. Jay Z, Beyonce, Drake, David Banner, Chance The Rapper, and many more have spoken out, and Ty Dolla $ign chose a unique and powerful way to join those ranks.

Ty’s biological brother, Big TC, is currently serving a lengthy prison sentence for a crime Ty and scores of people–via petitions–believe he is innocent of. The L.A. singer, songwriter and producer named his album in honor of his family’s tireless fight for justice–Free TC–and TC has made multiple appearances on Ty’s recent projects, including $ign Language and the very album named as a dedication to him.

In a three-part video posted to Instagram, Ty Dolla $ign unleashed the “No Justice” video today, featuring TC’s emotional contributions, sent in from behind bars. TC and his brother virtually team up for the powerful visual, which pays homage to the countless lives that have been taken at the hands of merciless, misguided police forces, from Sandra Bland and Rekia Boyd to Sean Bell and Eric Garner.
