Skeletal remains were found along the East River yesterday. Clothing matching those worn by missing autistic teen, Avonte Oquendo, were reportedly found near by .

The family of Oquendo has been notified, although they remain skeptical.

The remains were found by a 13 year old girl who tweeted about her discovery before alerting authorities.
