With Pokémon‘s earth-shattering take over of our pop culture, this next development is very predictable. Two French designers have come out with a keyboard of Pokémon emoji, allowing users to communicate using emoji-like icons of Pokémon. With a flattened and simple design, the keyboard is modeled after the Pokémon Shuffle game, bringing your favorite comic characters to your fingertips. The cast of characters includes normal and evolved species.

Designers Kevin Magalhaes and Laureen Minet propose a cast of characters that includes favorite critters like ‘charmander’ and ‘pikachu’, alongside evolved generations like ‘venusaur’ and ‘blastoise.’ colored poké balls are also included in the set. To further develop their idea, they also plan to introduce “Pokémoji+” that would enable users to create custom character wallpapers for their smartphones and apple watches.
