A relatively quiet player in the DrakeMeek Mill-Hot 97-Funk Flex triangle of beefs has been Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club host Charlamagne The God, who has publicly criticized Drake in the past, but opted to make peace with the Toronto rapper last summer. That peace was prompted by Drake sending several champagne bottles to the Breakfast Club studios, after he shouted out Charlamagne and fellow Power 105.1 host DJ Clue on consecutive diss tracks aimed at Meek Mill. Of course, it’s believed that Drake so publicly aligned himself with Power because Funk Flex took Meek Mill’s side in their high-profile beef, but it looks like Drake’s gesture was more than a publicity stunt.

Following night four of Drizzy and Future‘s Summer Sixteen Tour run in NYC, Drake hit the club with none other than Charlamagne himself to celebrate. According to HipHopDX, the duo popped over $7,000 in Armand de Brignac Rosé 30L Midas champagne, which is a sum that Aubrey probably won’t miss (or Charlamagne, the way things are going for him). More importantly, their time together produced these Instagram photos, reminding everyone which NYC station doesn’t have beef with Drake.

History don’t get made unless we make it. Salute @champagnepapi great show tonight.
