It’s Travi$ Scott season once again, just in time for the 1-year anniversary of his debut album, Rodeo. The Houston rapper has worked tirelessly since last September, releasing loose records and remixes that have become hits at his live shows, and he’s recently locked in on production of his sophomore LP, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, which is due out in the coming weeks.
Until then, expect anything but silence from La Flame. His latest single, “Pick Up the Phone” with Young Thug and Quavo, is picking up steam on airwaves, and he’ll be off to conquer a new type of radio beginning this Friday with his trusted DJ OG Chase B: Beats1.

During a sit down with Zane Lowe, Scott announced his new Beats1 show, .WAV Radio, co-hosted by Chase B and premiering this Friday on Apple Music. They didn’t go light with their first special guest, either. La Flame will be joined by Seth Rogen, who had a pretty nifty summer himself with the success of Neighbors 2. In addition, Scott kept the announcement’s rolling. He’s got new music with Kanye West on the way, a forthcoming tour called Astroworld, and a big reveal on Friday on .WAV radio, which he teased with a cryptic flyer posted to his Twitter account earlier this week.
