Kevin Durant dropped 46 points in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s victory over the Portland Trail Blazers last night.
Durant has been on a legendary scoring tear in the absence of superstar point guard Russell Westbrook due to injury. He scored 46 points last night after scoring a league high 54 points on the Golden State Warriors.
Blazers guard Mo Williams was in awe of incredible 46 point performance just like the rest of us were. Williams was so amazed by Durant’s scoring assault that he went biblical.
Mo Williams on Kevin Durant’s 46-point, 5-rebound, 4-assist performance: “They way he was playing, he probably could have scored on Jesus.”

Durant has jumped the competition in the MVP race with his January performances. He has the four highest individual scoring games this season – 54, 48, 48, and 46 – and this is all in an 18 day span this month. Keep it up KD.
