Happy days are here for this bunch.

Formed in 2011, RDGLDGRN is an alternative rap group from Reston, Virginia, a nearby suburb of Washington, D.C. The band has been recording music since they first came together and last year they finally released their debut self-titled full-length album Red Gold Green.

Three years ago, RDGLDGRN recorded their breakout song “I Love Lamp” and released the self-produced and directed video on YouTube. Within days the visual received more than 100,000 hits on the video-sharing website. The song continued to take off and the group simultaneously became more popular. By 2013 the trio had garnered enough attention to land an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where they would perform the tune. Now months later after the September release of their debut album, RDGLDGRN releases a new video for their recent single “Doing the Most.”  The song was co-written by the “Happy” singer Pharrell and features Dave Grohl on the drums.
