Kodak Black

This is a sad day for Kodak.

Earlier this week, it was reported that 19-year-old Kodak Black would be released from jail after spending 91 days in the slammer. The Florida native was sent back to jail in May after he violated his terms of bond from an October 2015 case in which he was charged with robbery, marijuana possession, and driving without a license.

After hearing many pleas from Atlantic Records execs and mentors, a Broward County Judge decided to let the “Skrt Skrt” rapper out of jail, but placed him on one year of house arrest and five years probation.

But according to The Sun Sentinel, Kodak will not be released from jail due to two outstanding warrants that weren’t discovered until yesterday.

One warrant, which is from South Carolina, alleges sexual criminal conduct, while the other alleges two counts of cannabis possession. The cannabis warrant is a misdemeanor, but the out-of-state sexual criminal conduct charge is a felony.

So for now, Kodak will remain in jail.
