Colin Kaepernick’s bold decision to sit during a national anthem has stirred conversation and has led to a public outrage around the world.

While athletes and public figures have supported Kap their have also been a few who have showed rage over his protest to sit during the national anthem. It seems as though more people left and right are deciding to stand with Kaepernick to help bring awareness a cause that  continues to plaque and hurt our country, police brutality.

J. Cole was seen on stage at this weekend rocking a Colin Kaepernick jersey while performing “A Tale of 2 Citiez” while singer Trey Songz donned a Kaepernick jersey in Las Vegas while on stage.

Colin stated:

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses Black people and people of color,” Kaepernick said during an interview with NFL Media. “To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.”

Kaepernick has the #1 selling jersey in the NFL at the moment which is the highest from any backup QB in a while.
