Kodak Black fans can finally breathe a little when it comes to his return home from prison.
The 19-year old was sentenced in one of his cases on Monday after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor drug charges. Kodak, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was given a 120-day sentence in St. Lucie County, Florida, but the time will be shortened because of the four months he already served in jail.
According to court records, Kodak’s license will be suspended for a year, plus he’s required to pay court costs of $298. But that’s the least of the Black’s legal drama. While behind bars doing time for the Marijuana drug charge, which ultimately lead police on a chase, Kodak was accused of sexual battery stemming from a February incident that took place in a Florence, SC hotel room.
No word on when Kodak Black will face the sexual battery case, but he’ll reportedly be released from jail on November 30th.
