Virginia newcomer Locke Kaushal strikes again.
It’s only been seven months since Locke released his VIRGINIA EP, and he’s already readying a follow-up. On the heels of releasing “Crack Love,” Locke drops an infectious banger titled “Feelin’ Myself.” Enlisting the talents of PNMA, Locke shows off his rhyming proficiency on Tha Light-produced song.
Pulling inspiration from Beyoncé’s “Feeling Myself” and Kelis’ contribution to N.O.R.E.’s 1998 single “Superthug,” PDMA sings, “You feel me? I’m feelin’ myself. I’m feelin’ myself like what, what, what, what, what.”
“Feelin’ Myself” will be featured on Locke’s forthcoming EP Live Long & Prosper, which is due out December 2016. In the meantime, check out Locke’s VIRGINIA project here.
