On September 30th, 2016, MarieDriven, of PlaybookMG, teamed up with Source Magazine for the 5th Annual Blogger Appreciation Mixer. The event was held at Roulette, in Brooklyn, and it was hosted by Hip-Hop Nation’s Reggie Hawkins. Media participants included Shamika Sander from Hello Beautiful, Hip-Hop Wired Alvin Blanco, and AllHipHop Mr. Mecc, who gave a short presentation that ended with a playlist. Notable socialites in attendance were BBOD, Jack Thriller, and 2milly; and recording artists Tony Sunshine, Young Picc, and Emeighy graced the stage with astonishing performances. The night was filled with great music. Many patrons sipped on Nuvo and nibbled on light bites, while DJ Madout and DJ Showoff kept the crowd rocking.
