Canoche: A Night With Robinson Cano And Friends To Benefit RC22 Foundation

Jay Z wasn’t kidding when he rapped, “I’m not a businessman, I’m a business, man!”

According to reports, the mogul is set to purchase all the unreleased Prince music that was unearthed at Paisley Park after the singer’s death. Sources say that Jay met with Prince’s sister, Tyka, and her husband, Maurice Phillips, several weeks ago by flying them to New York.

The rap legend allegedly made an offer of around $40 million to the couple for the late artist’s music. The only issue is that Tyka has to get the sign-off from all the brothers and sisters – in addition to the trust that is managing the estate – in order to move forward with Jay. His goal is to get the overall deal for streaming rights to the unreleased tracks, but Jay is only one of several big-time executives vying for the Purple One’s music.

However, when it comes to money and power talks, Jay Z has an abundance of both.
