Lil Wayne‘s interviews in the past have always been intriguing, as the New Orleans native has always kept it real on talk shows, interviews, etc. Whether he’s on ESPN or CNN, the concept of him speaking his mind is inevitable.

Weezy was live on ABC’s Nightline for an exclusive interview this past Sunday night, where he was asked about his thoughts on Black Lives Matter.“What is it? What do you mean? That just sounds weird. I don’t know, that you put a name on it…It’s not a name, it’s not, ‘whatever whatever.’ It’s somebody got shot by a policeman for a f*cked up reason”, he said.

When asked about his connection with B.L.M. he claimed it to be non existent. The Young Money Captain explained; “I don’t feel connected to a damn thing that ain’t got nothin’ to do with me. If you do, you crazy as sh*t. You. Not the camera. You. Feeling connected to something that ain’t got nothing to do with you? If it ain’t got nothing to do with me, I ain’t connected to it.”
