THE HAITIAN POLO DOCUMENTARY FILM
The new film is based on the young Haitian immigrant kids’ experience in Brooklyn, New York, during the ’80s and mid ’90s. This documentary film goes into details about how these young Haitian kids were often stigmatized, disrespected, and discriminated against because of where they came from and their indigenous culture and what they had to do to overcome all these harsh challenges and treatments. These Haitian kids were often called many disrespectful names during these trying times, names such as “Haitian booty scratcher,” “HBO (Haitian Body Odor),” and many others. This documentary film Features Thirstin Howl The 3rd (Original Lo-Life Founder and Hip Hop Artist), Sadat X From ’90s Hip Hop Group Brand Nubian, and Moses “Rafe” Vernau of the hit web series Money & Violence!
