That AT&T worker’s name is Anthony Wilson and he is a 24-year-old from Queens. Patch reports:

According to detectives, on Aug. 7 and 8, Anthony Wilson, 24, while employed at the AT&T store at 186 Merrick Road in Merrick, opened four fraudulent accounts for four unknown people. Police say he gave these people a total of 15 iPhone 6s worth more than $13,000.

After “an extensive investigation,” Wilson was arrested on Friday night. He was arraigned on Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead. Wilson has been charged with four counts each of fourth degree grand larceny, first degree falsifying business records and first degree identity theft.
