Six years ago “The BasedGod” himself hinted at a mysterious new project titled “Black Ken“. In 2010 Lil B also released a very promising single titled “Thank You Based God (Black Ken Mixtape)”, which would serve as the lead single for the project. Following that single came absolutely nothing, as the Black Ken mixtape vanished!
“Thank You Based God” contained some interesting visuals, which only excited Lil B fans even more. Throughout the past half-decade the hip-hop world has been on the edge of their seats, anticipating the release of the tape. After a long wait, it seems as if fans will finally get what they’ve been waiting for all these years!

After Kanye West’s recent hospitalization, Lil B took to Twitter (above) to offer his support, and to provide a new update on “Black Ken”. If it is released within the next month, it will be the first offering from The BasedGod this year. Take a look at the video for “Thank You Based God” below!
