When drug connoisseurs shop for some what they need, the product’s purity is of paramount importance. How many times have you bought some blow in the club, but it was trash or not coke at all? Molly pills tend to be even more dubious. Don’t fret. Those days are over…if you’re in England. The UK has become an international hub for cokers over the years, and now, its club scene is getting innovative by implementing cocaine purity tests.
Nightclubs in the city of Preston, Lancashire, now offer patrons specialized booths where they can test their coke and MDMA for free. These booths are run by a charity and will test product to see if it is “adulterated or highly potent,” according to the Independent. According to The Sunday Times, these will be the nation’s “first public, walk-up drug-checking service.”
Users will be able to remain anonymous and the authorities will not be notified. In fact, the police support. Alas, once your powder or Molly is tested, it will be destroyed, to ensure that the operation is legal.
So, yeah, I don’t understand why anyone would want their drugs tested if they’re never going to use them. Like, I don’t sniff coke, but every knows cocaine is expensive. Not sure who’s gonna go get their grams tested if they’re never gonna reach your nose. I suppose the D-boys in the club could take samples to see if their packs are righteous. These booths also seem to be in the same vein as the heroin injection sites proposed in various places (pun). Whatever the case, it’s happening…
