Radar is one of Boston’s finest up and coming Hip Hop artists. Immersed in music from his formative years, his exposure to his father’s West Indian band of music and growing up in a musically inclined Caribbean family created a plethora of musical opportunities for him to develop his own ear and style.
At 16 he became serious about creating his own identity. After working diligently to perfect his melodic bars he found that the beats he could choose from did not offer him the variety and sound that he desired. As a result, he began producing his own original tracks. Being industrious and creative, as well as having a head for business, allowed him to begin producing beats for other Hip Hop artists. Radar gives you bars with clever punchlines. His music is melody driven which makes him stand out from the rest. Radar has been climbing the ladder of popularity to become one of Boston’s top independent entertainers. His grind is uncanny and he puts 100% into his brand. Whether it’s a party anthem or laid back track for radio, Radar fits the bill.
Radar’s previous projects include the critically acclaimed “Pre-Game,” which was released in 2015. Radar’s latest project, Fear Game, is a collaborative effort with another local Boston artist. The lead single is a track, called Xanman featuring Flee Cokain. The visual to the song is bold and exciting. Check it out below.
