hit-boy

Hit-Boy has already built a solid legacy and name in the industry, after working with major figures like Kanye West and Jay Z. His production can be heard on a slew of underground artists mixtapes and albums; he sound has been an integral part of the creation of a new West Coast movement. However, as of late, Hit-Boy has begun to move around the back of the boards, to secure a solid position in front of the microphone. While he may have his fair share of salty critics, who argue that he should stay in his proper place behind keyboards and beat machines, he has resisted giving up his dream, which we are all benefiting from.

DJ Folk dropped a heavy hitter of track that will silence almost all of Hit-boy’s detractors. “Tyson 87″ is a dizzying display of emceeing, one that will have you frequently pressing the rewind button, and then replay. He shows up full force, knocking down any preconceived notions one might hold about him, and addresses many of the doubters, who say he is lyrically weak. Once this song comes to a finish, it is obvious that Hit-Boy is one you should avoid sparring with, especially, if you want to keep your pride intact.
