One of the most glorious times of year, is when the little ladies of America sell their dangerously addictive baked goods. The Girl Scouts of America may be the world’s greatest pushers of deliciousness, or their cookies are filled to the brim with the crack cocaine. Either way, everyone loves these buttery delectable treats, also known as the diet destroyers. Its an easy sell for the young women and it goes to a good cause that everyone can get behind. However, Danielle Lei understood that there were levels to this game, and she has reached the highest.
Instead of walking around the streets aimlessly pressing doorbells, or standing in front of a supermarket after people have already brought their inferior cookie brands, Danielle went where her top consumers would be: The Medical Marijuana Dispensary. Pot leads to munchies, munchies lead to snacks being consumed, Girl Scout cookies are some of the best snacks; ergo, her business would boom. Her business plan was ingenious and very savvy for a thirteen year old, which must of shocked onlookers. However, when everything was said and done, she put in work. Selling a record breaking 117 boxes in two hours. #Boom.
This blew up online after Buzzfeed broke the story, which was greeted with applause and laughter. Although, The Girl Scouts of Colorado didn’t find her actions funny and in fact tried to change the story. On their twitter they commented that they did not condone their young ladies selling near dispensaries.
If you are wondering, we don’t allow our Girl Scouts to sell cookies in front of marijuana shops or liquor stores/bars.

We think this young girl has a bright future and is incredibly clever. Whether or not it was kosher to sell in front of a dispensary, she made a lot of money for a good cause. Well now we need cookies over here in the office.
