Breaking Bad has garnered one of the largest cult followings in recent memory, and rightfully so. Bryan Cranston’s transformation from Frank Muniz’s father Walter White the timid chemistry professor to Heisenberg the cold-blooded crystal meth kingpin over the course of five acutely intense seasons, was one of the television’s most thought-provoking performances ever. From the first episode, Breaking Bad lulls you into its fictional world to the point that the characters quickly become familiar — they become real. The series has also left an everlasting impression on pop culture, with many clothing lines bearing Breaking Bad-related graphics, and law enforcement officials discovering meth tinted with Heisenberg’s signature blue hue in several Southwestern states.
A Budapest-based graphic designer, Zsolt Molnár, enjoyed Breaking Bad so much that in honor of the series’ conclusion, he’s created poster for all 62 of its episodes. Each poster features a significant object, character, or venue, accompanied by an impactful quote from the the given episode. The culmination of his effort is perfectly simplistic, provoking a delightful nostalgia when you recall the scenes from which they were inspired. Molnár’s collection is available for view via his Tumblr and for purchase here. Check out our favorites pieces in the pages below.
