Boom Blake releases the video for his second single, “My Favourite.”

New Jersey rapper, Boom Blake, just dropped the video for his second single, “My Favourite,” from his second album, Expensive Taste.

“My Favourite” boasts a traditional trap music sound.  The booming 808 sub-bass kick drums, sixty fourth note hi-hats, tom fills, and cinematic strings dominate the beat.  In fact, the somewhat catchy though traditional trap style beat ends up being the most prominent feature of the record, as lyrically, “My Favourite” doesn’t stray from trap music’s usual simplistic subjects–strip clubs, dollar bills, and yeah, he says he still got more money.  Oh, and Jordans.
