The 28 year old CEO is the latest in a suspected string of finance mogul suicides
Autumn Radtke, the 28 year old CEO of First Meta, a currency exchange for the crypto-currency Bitcoin, was found dead in her Singapore apartment on Feb. 28. According to reports, Radtke died in an alleged suicicde, however, this information has not been officially confirmed by a coroner.
Radtke is the eighth in a number of questionable deaths that have been labeled as suicides in the financial sector. Many of the deceased were employees of banking giant JP Morgan including 39 year old Gabriel Magee, 37 year old Ryan Henry Crane, and 33 year old Li Junjie of Hong Kong.
Radtke also worked with Apple and other Silicon Valley tech firms in developing digital payment systems.
Radtke’s death has been labeled a suicide, however, Singapore officvials are still awaiting an official toxicology report.
