This is what happens in China when the female specie runs late for work or a meeting. They change their wardrobe right on the train without hesitation and in a drop of a dime. And from the looks of things, public nudity or undressing isn’t a big deal because no one even raised an eyebrow as the train rider slipped out of her garments.

This might not fly in major cities like London, NYC and Chicago but whatever works in China, can certainly work everywhere since they have stricter rules.
